Email address

Your email address will be our mean of communication if we need to contact you or allowing us to answer to you and identify your account if encounter any issue. This email address helps you access your account and will be your only mean to retrieve your password if you lost it.


Your first name and last name are collected for shipping purposes.

Billing and postal addresses

Like your first name and last name, we need your billing and postal addresses to ship the items you ordered and deliver them to you.

Phone number

Providing your phone number is optional. If you provide it, we will use it to contact you in case we can’t do it by email. Your phone number can also be used by the delivery company to let you know about delivery issues.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

When you are contacting us via the contact forms embedded on our website, you’re required to provide your name and email address so that we can get back to you and identify your account if you opened one with us. We’re not holding on to the messages we answered; they are deleted once the conversation between us comes to a closure.

This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the country the request is sent from.

The inbuilt interface of WordPress allows us to see the date you created your account, the last time you logged into your account, and how many times you logged into your account from the day of its creation. This information helps us to draw statistics about the frequency to which our users are using the Service.

To process your credit card payment, we’re using a secured system provided by Stripe. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profiles. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
